This is a nice collection of sketches, although there are other ways of anthropomorphising your life forms and giving them some character other than treating them like a Mr Potato Head and adding facial features! One way to do this is to look for naturally occurring aspects of the objects that strike you as particularly 'human', for example, the headlights and grill on a car acting as eyes and a mouth. I can see you experimenting with this approach already in sketches 20 and 29, but it may be worth exploring a little more and seeing what else you can draw out of your given objects.
