So, these are my three ideas for my final paintings, I've decided to take them all from one book (The Red Room) as I feel it has the best atmosphere and potential. If you could let me know what you think of them as a set that would be great :)
okay - as expressed earlier today - you know it and I know it - the middle image just doesn't quote sit with the other 2; it feels too different - too conventional - and I think you need to look again at the structuring of the red/green images and apply that understanding to your middle composition. I think the largely flat composition of the one-point perspective and the door isn't helping your cause either; time to get a bit more 'punk' about your third scene. Come on, Megan - you've come a long way in a short time, so no flagging - onwards! :)
