Secret Lairs - OGR 2

    Hi Megan,

I like the direction everything is going in - but I just think you could dial up the colour more so in your lair - I know you dialled it back from your original thumbs, because it was looking too playful, but if you made the back wall a bold, solid colour for example, and maybe the stripes on the floor? For me, it just needs enriching still further. I also think you could introduce some surface pattern to the walls too for further interest: maybe diagrammatic like elements like this:

It just feels this lair could absorb some more bold elements; basically, I think you should push this still further, Megan - and the other thing you should try is what you did previously - by taking this painting back into Photoshop, and using the hue/saturation, brightness/contrast, colour balance adjustments to really crank things up and encourage you towards braver combinations. To add further interest, I think you should consider adding rows of lights running the length of the long walls at different heights - like illuminated dashes or spot-lights - again - to add further interest to those walls. Maybe consider adding lines of lights running around the circumference of some of the spheres too - I just think you need to 'decorate' this world of yours a bit more:
